Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:26.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/26.0 (Beta/Release) Build ID: 20131215005010 Steps to reproduce: For some unknown reason, my calendar list custom sort order gets lost, and I have to rearrange the calendars. It seems this happens only on restarting thunderbird, mainly - but not only - when updating the thunderbird version. I have not been able to exactly trace down the issue in more detail. The calendar.list.sortOrder preference in prefs.js does not seem to be respected in those cases, though I'm pretty sure it doesn't get changed but I'll watch out for this next time it happens. Actual results: Custom sort order lost. Expected results: Custom sort order kept.

The task sorting works fine. Try with new profile *https://support.mozillamessaging.com/en-US/kb/using-multiple-profiles

This is about the calendar list sorting, not task sorting. Task sorting works fine. However, I will try to find a way to reproduce this reliably. Maybe someone has the same issue, knows more details and stumbles over this bug, that's why I reported it.

Have this issue for years and continues to be a problem in the current version: My portable version of Thunderbird is 31.1.2 with Lightning 3.3.1 Would be great to have a fix!
Same problem here. Would be nice if someone could look into this? ;) - Oliver
