96408 - everytime i load http://www.inq7.net/met/2001/aug/22/met_1-1.htm in mozilla, the image is out of place, but when i reset the font size, it will fall on its proper place

In the page http://www.inq7.net/met/2001/aug/22/met_1-1.htm, the advertisement
image is out of its expected place. Heres the description of the image: 
  (1) it uses flash 5; 
  (2) there's an image of the earth and several flashing texts; 
  (3) the texts say:
        -"register for free", 
        -"be on top of the news",
        -"get the latest from inq7 news alert".

When I visit the page the first time, the image is out of place (it is floating
on tables). When I resize the font size to 12, the image will fall to its proper
place and when I resize it again to 16, the image is still on its proper place.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open mozilla
2.visit http://www.inq7.net/met/2001/aug/22/met_1-1.htm. the image is out of place
3.resize the font to a smaller size. the image will fall on its proper place
4.again, resize the font to its default, the image is still on its proper place.

Actual Results:  When i did the steps above, the image will fall on its proper
place.


Expected Results:  It is expected that the image is always on its proper place
everytime we visit http://www.inq7.net/met/2001/aug/22/met_1-1.htm. The image
should never be misplaced.

I tried to view http://www.inq7.net/met/2001/aug/22/met_1-1.htm using Netscape
4.76 and the image was not mispolaced. I also tried to view it on Netscape 6 for
windows and the image was not misplaced.

Confirming on 2001081504 Win2k, OS=All.

By the way, that thing on the page is not an image but Flash content.
