This was a workaround Before. Since Bluetooth module is more stable than before. We are able to remove it. And make sending file flow more smooth.

We reference the test report via https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=915602#c3 . Looks like the crash problem is disappeared while device is just paired and sending files.
