the main etherpad.mozilla.org page still loads, but cannot load old pads or create new pads. it could be related to not being able to access database. troubleshoot is in progress on irc.

We failed over the master, which somehow caused this issue. We failed back, and that fixed it.

Etherpad did not react well to a database master failover, which is odd, :sheeri is going to file a CAB bug to schedule time to test and work out what's up during controlled maintenance

Etherpad was stopped, the master was failed back, etherpad was starting and is functional at this time.
