If you fill the device with some data, and then you replace the system/webapps with the flash.sh sometimes you end up getting into a state where there's not enough space. We found that after you try to adb shell rm -r and then place the new files, the space doesn't free up until you reboot the device. See : https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=907444#c75
