Steps to reproduce:
1. Submit an app in MP-stage https://marketplace.allizom.org/developers/submit/?src=nav
2. Create and Confirm content rating for the submitted app.

Expected results:
After confirmation, Content Rating page is updated automatically.

Actual results:
Get My App Rated section is stuck on loading and the page is not updated.

Notes/Issues:
Verified on FF29 (Win 7). Issue is not reproducing on MP-dev.
