I see two leaks while running browser-chrome tests per directory in debug mode instead of as an entire chunk, the two files are:
browser_901207_searchbar_in_panel.js
browser_940307_panel_click_closure_handling.js

I saw this on try server on all platforms, confirmed it and reproduced it locally on linux64.  Removing these files from the running list yields no leaks according to the mochitest harness!
Are there logs we can look at or STR to check for these leaks? We have a lot of leak-checking tools, and you didn't post the link to try builds/logs...

I was able to download the builds/tests from there and reproduce it locally, likewise remove the files and fix it locally :)

I'm going to wildly guess that this doesn't reproduce anymore given we do run-by-dir on infra now.
