Description

For escalation tag please separate the following 

"escalate"
escalation after 24 will remain the tag for the escalated items in the forum that have not been answered after 24 hours.


"newescalation"
escalation by user will receive this tag if it is escalated by a moderator or a user in the forum.

This is a duplicate of Bug 957638 - Use different tag for auto-escalation

...except that Kadir proposed the opposite solution, keeping the "escalate" tag for manually escalated questions and using a different tag (he suggested "NewEscalation") for questions that are auto-escalated after 24 hours without a reply.
