From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0b; Windows NT 5.1)
BuildID: 20010726
Insered Images once centered and indented and outdented can no longer be
realigned. The align left/right/and justify have no affect on the image. Even
when the image is returned to the starting centered position.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a new composer page and maximise screen
2. Insert any image on to the screen
3. Click on image and click on center align
4. Click on indent 6 times
5. Click on Image
6. Click on outdent 6 times
7. now click on align left or right
Actual Results: Image cannot be aligned
Expected Results: Align image to full left or full right
This function can be performed in the original screen size. However if you try
to align left or right, at any time before returning image to the start of
center location. Image will no longer be able to be aligned left or right

This seems to work for me in build 2001091003 on Windows 95. Perporter
(TucsonTester2), have you tried this again in a newer build?

I was able to recreate this bug on Win ME using build 2001091003, but my steps
to reproduce were slightly different. Below are the steps that I used.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a new composer page
2. Insert any image on to the screen
3. Click on image and click on center align
4. Click on indent 1 time
5. Notice that image is still highlighted, and hit the toolbar button to right
or left align
Actual Results: Image cannot be aligned
Expected Results: Align image to full left or full right

To align the image we're wrapping it in a <div align> rather than putting an
align attribute on the img tag (is align on images deprecated?) Then to do the
intent, we wrap in *two* blockquotes (why two?) so it looks like
<blockquote><blockquote><div align="Center"><img ...>
When I then click on left align, I get this:
<div align="Justify">
<blockquote>
<blockquote>
<div align="Center"><img ...>
This smells like an edit rules problem: we're aligning things by wrapping them
in div tags but then we're not smart enough to un-do the div wrapping later.
Over to Joe.
