modeGetFolder - displayDirectory doesnt work

Steps to reproduce:

set displayDirectory to something and then open filePicker with modeGetFolder, in windows xp it doesnt start at that displayDirectory location.


Actual results:

file picker does not start in displayDirectory


Expected results:

file picker should start in directory specified

shows that if you change to modeOpen then it displayDirectory is started at. in win xp

case to note: if you use C:\\\\ as displayDirectory it works, but it doesnt start with C drive opened, as it should because thats the displayDirectory, if i set it as the fp.file to C:\\\\ then it makes to start with it selected. but it should start with displayDirectory open

also note that C:\\\\ is not the norm and devs will have to program for it seperately, if its a drive, then add double forward slash. for anything else its always single forward slash. like:
C:\\My Folder
