After setting up back ground image toggling between normal and preview 
distorts top of image. After minimizing and mazimizing to refresh the page the 
distortion is still there

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a new composer page 
2. Click on format then choose page color and background
3. Choose and image from computer to set as a back ground then click ok
4. Once the screen has come up and the image is set as the background click on 
preview
5. now click on normal
6. minimize and maximize the screen 

Actual Results:  The graphics at the top of the screen have been distorted.

Expected Results:  The graphics should appear as normal

Tried this on WIN2000pro, win 95, and XP and it does the same for all of 
them.  This however does not affect regular image file that have been 
inserted, only the background. When file is saved however it does not save the 
error.
