Details

We submit an Accept-Language header from Android clients that's out of spec. We send "en_US" when we should be sending "en-US". See Bug 964360 Comment 6. Before we can fix this for the Product Announcements client, the server needs to be updated to handle both kinds of locale strings. Sorry about this! My bad.
