You need to turn off vibration in the keyboard settings.

I do it. But when i push the letters, the smartphone vibrate...

OKAY OKAY :D SORRY. Not in the "Sounds" IN THE KEYBOARD SETTINGS. SOOOOORRY GUYS!

Yeah, you need to change the option in the "keyboard > built-in keyboard" settings section and not in the "sound" section.
I agree this is really not user friendly. See Bug 885716 and Bug 925497. We should fix them.
