Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to https://accounts.firefox.com/signup and disable JavaScript in your browser.
2. Go to about:accounts in a new browser tab and disable JavaScript in your browser.

Actual results:
1. Firefox Accounts requires JavaScript.
2. (Blank page)

Expected results:
Disabled JavaScript should display a friendly message on about:accounts

I can no longer reproduce this.

* about:accounts correctly shows the "Get started" page. Clicking the "Get started" button then shows the server-supplied <noscript> content (a bit ugly, not localized, but it is there)

* about:accounts?action=signin immediately shows the server-supplied <noscript> tag (and I suspect all supported action= querystrings will show the same).

We probably need a different bug to make the <noscript> content prettier and able to be localized, but I think we close this.
