Successor to 963411. Thanks to ferjm, we've got the list[1] of errors that might be returned to Gaia code (the settings or system app) when an error occurs at the lower layer (FxAccoutnsIACHelper, the thing which mediates between Gaia apps and Gecko/fxa server). We need to review these errors, determine which should be bubbled up to the user, and prioritize work to generate UX. Capturing in a bug so that I can point my TODOs at it.
