Please add domains to effective_tld-names.dat for the following 8 major DDNS providers:

DynIP http://dynip.com/
No-IP http://no-ip.com/
Oray http://oray.com/
PubYun http://pubyun.com/products/dyndns/product/

Hi Henry,
I'm afraid we only accept PSL updates from the actual organizations themselves, because of the possible side-effects. We want to make sure the orgs are fully bought in to being added to the PSL.
Please encourage each org to submit their own request.
