Steps to reproduce:
1. Load Moderated Reviews page in MP-dev Reviewer Tools https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/reviewers/apps/queue/moderated/

Expected results:
The page is loaded with no issues.

Actual results:
"Oops! We had an error." error is displayed.

Notes/Issues:
Verified on FF29 (Win 7). Issue is not reproducing on MP-stage.
