Steps to reproduce:

I have entered my accounts for social networks


Actual results:

If select for deletion, the button is not activated


Expected results:

Should be able to delete an account entered previously
Which button is not activated? Do you mean the delete icon and text beside the checkbox? I think that is just there to indicate the purpose of the checkbox. If you check the checkbox next to an account and then press the "update profile" button at the bottom of the page, the social network account is deleted properly.
