965449 - FxA sync fails after initial sync in one of two profiles.

1. launch team build: 
http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/tinderbox-builds/fx-team-macosx64/1390969090/
2. create and set as true: identity.fxaccounts.enabled
3. restart browser
4. setup sync - create a user and verify acct.
5. add bookmark and click sync now
6. goto step 1-3 with a different profile
7. sign in with same user as step 4 and click sync now
8. with both browsers own, add bookmarks and click sync now, repeat as needed

actual: after the initial bookmark sync, one of the profiles will not sync to the other profiles new bookmarks.  I've uploaded good and bad sync logs.

More detail - it only sync's one way.  
1. profile A, add bookmark, select sync now
2. profile B, select sync now
* profile B gets syncs new bookmark
3. profile B, add bookmark, select sync now
4. profile A, select sync now

result: profile A doesn't sync the new bookmark from profile B

OK, confirmed against prod tokenserver.  I will try the same procedure using the latest dev tokenserver at https://token.dev.lcip.org/1.0/sync/1.5 to see if the results are consistent.

reproduced on dev server; next I'll try against an old sync1.1 server instance to see if it's a protocol-incompatibility issue

I observe similar behaviour on a tokenserver-enabled sync1.1 server.  If anything it seems a bit worse :-/.  The client doesn't appear to be making any effort to upload newly-created bookmarks.  Very strange.

I'm not seeing this using when using sync1.5 server on Fx Nightly 2/5.

I also can no longer reproduce this using latest Nightly against production servers as of 20140207.
