Did a few try runs and it turns out that the frame tree is sometimes reset long before the history entry is replaced. The history entry replace event is what we should actually be waiting for.

Comment 337 made the test perma-fail on b2g30 due to an unknown dep. Given that this is a browser test, I just reverted the fix and disabled the test on OSX.

I had to back this out from beta for mochitest-bc1 debug perma-leaks. Interestingly enough, I filed bug 1036031 for a strikingly-similar intermittent leak that appeared on inbound today.
