Steps to reproduce:

1) In SeaMonkey (I used 2.23 and 2.26a1 nightly), go to
http://www.mozilla.org/firefox/23.0/releasenotes/
and click the "If interested, please see the complete list of changes in this release. " link.
2) Wait for Bugzilla to finish pondering the search.


Actual results:

The page returned by bugzilla.mozilla.org displays blank.  Viewing the page source shows the following text above what looks like the HTML code for the actual buglist:

works for me; i see 665 bugs (took about 7 seconds to complete).

i tried several browsers, however i don't have seamonkey installed so i was unable to test with that.

Looks like this is SeaMonkey specific, I just tried Firefox 17esr and it worked fine...

As a test, try Safe Mode.
(Help | Restart with Addons Disabled)

As a test, try a new, clean Profile.

Oops, both of those things got it working on Nightly... will see if I can debug this on my end.
