STR:
1. Open any text field
2. Start typing using the keyboard

Expected: When I take a picture the flash would fire
Actual: Nothing happens.

This is only happening on the Soul, so I think is a vendor issue.

tchung discovered that if you pref off vibration in the Keyboard settings this problem goes away.

yes, if you disable settings > keyboard > Vibration == unchecked, the buzzing goes away.  This bug leads me to believe the vibration sensor needs tuning on the vendor side, since it's specifically related to the Soul only.

Keyboard vibration used to be off by default. Then it changed to on by default, but I'm not sure that was intentional.  If you check with UX we might be able to default to off.
