When the list of user actions is documented completely on https://wiki.mozilla.org/Webmaker/Get_Involved, we can close this bug

Propose we follow the model here:
https://wiki.mozilla.org/Contribute/Conversion_points#Webdev
To document conversion points that makermind needs to listen for

Started here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0Al0Wg7eR7tHcdGxNNE41RTl4eHBLNG92ZXBHY2l6MkE&usp=sharing
Next steps:
* Review that these are the right actions at the right rungs
* Determine what i) incentives, ii) follow-up CTAs, and iii) metrics occur at each action.
* Fill a hundred-thousands of tickets to ship systematic support for the above

* Outstanding work Michelle. Can't believe you took this so far so fast.
* Created a short URL for it: http://mzl.la/Engagement_Ladder_detail
* Added it to: https://wiki.mozilla.org/Webmaker/Get_Involved
* Michelle: re-jigged the columns a bit. Needs some cleaning up -- but this seems like a good iteration to share with others to see if we're on the right track.
@ Brett: what do you think of this format?

@ Cassie: CCing you as this engagement ladder work can potentially inform the UX work.
But also because we want to layer on *motivation* / value / pscyhology / human drives.
We've added a column specifically for that.
So that we're understanding and designing and measuring for humans, not robots. :)

Great, this is inspiring progress!
I added a column to your sheet Michelle: data source. ie, how will we know this conversion point has been reached?
Also added in a few thoughts about conversion points we could introduce in the user category.

Erik and I are templating and creating sample emails in this pad: https://teach.etherpad.mozilla.org/emailengagementtemplates

* Amira and Drushka are starting by digging into the *email response* part of this
* They're going to start by documenting in an etherpad. Then we can ship that into the canonical spreadsheet when it's done
http://mzl.la/Engagement_Ladder_detail
* Amira: can you include the link to your etherpad here?

Erika D, did you have a chance to look over the copy of these emails yet? https://teach.etherpad.mozilla.org/emailengagementtemplates Let me know changes and if we can start shipping some of them.
