Oops error when trying to add Thomas Elin to the Staff group

STR:
1. Open the staff group: https://marketplace.firefox.com/admin/models/access/group/50000/
2. Add Thomas' id and hit the blue save button
Result: Oops error
Other notes: I tried to add him earlier today and didn't see any errors, but when I went back tonight I noticed he wasn't listed. And now I'm getting an error.

He's already in the group, that's why you're getting the error
