Tested/reproduced on a Nexus 4 running latest trunk nightly b2g (1.4-ish/29). When the top row keys of the onscreen keyboard are used, the blue key that comes up to show that it was pressed overlays the content area above the keyboard. But these key images don't go away.. the content area is never invalidated/repainted. So if you type on the top row, you end up with junk until you scroll or otherwise cause the content to get redrawn.
I don't think we are going to work on this anymore.
