Description:
For the test I used US T-Mobile SIM card. After programmed MMS APN settings, the MMS is stuck in downloading progress, but never could be opened

Prerequisite: Using NowSMS(http://www.nowsms.com/) to send WAP Push messages to device.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to BuildID: 20140127004002
2) Enable WAP Push in Settings > Message setting on DUT.
3) Open NowSMS on PC, go to "OMA provisioning content".
 Fill in following items:
 Connection Type: GPRS 
 Settings Name: CHT_MMS
 GPRS Access Point Name: emome 
 WAP Proxy IP Address : 10.1.1.1 
 WAP Proxy Port: 8080 
 MMS Message Server URL: http://mms:8002 
 OTA PIN:1234
 OTA PIN Type: Check User PIN
4) Open the message, enter the PIN code, press "Accept" button and "Store" it
5) Go to "Message Settings" and select the new "CHT_MMS"
6) Tap "OK" to save it
7) "Send" and "Receive" MMS to DUT.

Actual:
The message is failed to send and stuck with receiving MMS's


Expected:
The message can be sent and received with the new APN settings

I see you are using a ATT ICC card and you are sending the MMS APN of another different carrier (CHT). That won't work at all.

I am using US T-Mobile, I tried "emome" sim card, but couldn't do wap push with roaming SIM card.
T-Mobile and AT&T only providers are available in my area

You should send a valid APN for MMS of the ICC card carrier.

Yes, this bug is invalid. CHT is a carrier from China used a lot in the tests Enpei performs in Taipei.
