When user accesses the Settings app and changes the date to manual setup to alter the dates from 1970 and 1980, certain dates display on device in the past such as December 31 1970 displays as December 31, 1969. Meanwhile, certain dates display on device in the future, such as December 31, 1978 displays as December 31, 1982.

Repro Steps: 
1) Updated buri to BuildID: 20140127004002
2) Tap Settings App and toggle the set automatically button to off
3) Tap Date field and select a date (i.e. December 31, 1970 or December 28, 1979)

Actual: The December 31, 1970 example displays as December 31, 1969. The December 28, 1979 example displays as December 28, 1983

Expected: 
The date selected by user displays the same on device

Other notes:
1. There doesn't appear to be a consistent pattern but December 29, 1976 reverted to December 31, 1969 while December 29, 1977 moved forward to December 29, 1981. It appears 1976/1977 is the split year between flashback to 1969 and flash forward four years in the future. Dates after January 1, 1981 appear to be unaffected with this issue.
2. Changing the location from New York (ET) to Los Angeles (PT) had no effect with the above STR – same behavior experienced
3. Repro frequency: 90% (45 of 50)

This issue reproduces on Buri 1.2. Following the STR in Comment 0 shows date displaying the future for some dates and in the past for others for most dates chosen between 1970 and 1980 in Settings App.
