Description:
When the brightness on the device is turned all the way down, either manually or automatically, the buttons at the top left and right of the radio app become difficult to see against the dark background as the button icons are also very dark.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Buri to BuildID: 20140127004002
2) Go to Settings -> Display
3) Turn the brightness all the way down
4) Go to the Radio app with headphones attached.
5) Observe the two buttons on the top of left and right of the screen.

Actual:
The Speaker button and Favorite button are difficult to see against the dark background.

Expected:
The Speaker button and Favorite button are colored in such a way as to be visible at any screen brightness against the Radio app's background.
