Description:
Force closing multiple apps at once can result in the app manager screen going completely black once all apps are closed, with only a non-functioning 'x' in the upper left corner and the previously open app title in the bottom left corner. User is unable to performs any actions or interact with anything on this screen. Home button may be pressed to close the app manager when this occurs.
Repro Steps:
1) Update buri to BuildID: 20140127004002
2) Open multiple apps at once (browser and Sand Trap were used for testing) then tap home button to return to home screen
3) Long press home button to open app manager
4) Use the 'x' button to close out each app
5)Once all apps are closed, remain on app manager page and observe black screen with 'x' and app title still remaining in upper and lower left corners
Actual:
App manager screen sometimes remains completely black after closing all apps with app title and x visible
Expected:
All elements of previously open apps are terminated and user is returned to home screen as normal after all are closed

Can you get out of this situation by hitting the home button? Trying to understand if the user is trapped or not when this happens.

Oh yes, I'm sorry! I maybe should have put it in the notes, too. Last sentence of description, home button may be tapped to close out the app manager if this occurs. It isn't completely locked, only the confusing incomplete screen is shown.

Okay - then this is a minor regression, as it's got a low likelihood of reproduction & can be worked around when it reproduces.
