Steps to reproduce:

I took multiple email addresses from headers, via rt. click on header, choose "copy email address".  I added numerous headers to a Message Filter sending the messages to a folder in Local Folders (filtered inbox is not in local folders).  I have chosen "Match any of the following" in the message filter, as well as both "Manually Run" and when getting new mail "before Junk classification".  


Actual results:

After creating the filter and adding the addresses, I selected the filter and clicked on "Run now".  None of the emails were moved to the appropriate folder.

If I instead rt. click the email address and choose "create filter from", and then do a run now, it works fine.  But this implies that I have to have a separate filter for every email address.  Currently, I have a "Shopping" filter that contains all email addresses from shopping related sites.  It is painful if I have to separate all of these.


Expected results:

Having multiple items in a filter that says "Match any of the following" and having the folder in Local Folders has worked for me on a PC, since Thunderbird version 4 and I believe even earlier.

Now I'm trying version 24 on a Mac and it doesn't work.  I suspect it is version 24, rather than the Mac causing the problem, but I am not certain.  

In any case, this is a deal breaker for me.  I get enough newsletter type emails that I really need to be able to filter them and not have a list of 50 separate message filters to deal with.
