We need tests! Right now the best target platform is metrofx since that's the first widget layer we are targeting. We currently only have browser chrome tests running there, mochitest-plain is covered by bug 850630 which we'll try to get going soon.
What tests should be exist in this bug?

are there public conformance tests we can run in tree? If not, resolve -> invalid I guess.

Several pointer event tests were created at Bug 1000870. Is it enough for resolve current bug?
