I don't have postscript or pdf helper apps configured. Mozilla used to bring up
a save as dialog when I clicked on a pdf or postscript file. Now it does
virtually nothing (except briefly pulse the pulser). (Save Link As still works.)
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to URL above.
Actual Results: Pulser pulsed, then nothing
Expected Results: Save as dialog box should appear.

Verify dupe. The patch to 96418 fixes the case where we don't know the helper app.
