Team - 
the marketing and business development orgs have teamed up to create a self-service on-boarding "portal" through which OEMs can come to build a FxOS phone with Marketplace.

They need are help with a few pieces of content, edited, to be appropriate for general engagement with OEMs.

How to Contribute to Marketplace
- (Clouserw) Need new page (like AMO)
- (Clouserw) Need to add link to new page from mozilla.org/contribute

Adding a Region (need to clean up the current content and assist the OEM Portal team)

- (Clouserw) They'll also be linking to Localization status' on localize.mozilla.org for both Marketplace and Webpay status'
