User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:18.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/18.0 (Beta/Release) Build ID: 20130206152201 Steps to reproduce: Not found an option to stop MozStumbler uploading data when LTE is enabled but WiFi is not available. Actual results: In a few days MozStumbler drained more than 500 MB quota from my LTE data plan to upload. Expected results: There should be an option in MozStumbler to upload data only when told by the user.
