Details
1.Insert a table into the new document. (use three rows, three columns) 2.In the beginning of each cell in the first row, type a number. (1 in the first cell, 2 in the second cell..) 3.Position the cursor in the second cell 4.On the Mac, mouse down and select Delete Cell. On Windows, right click and select Cell from the Delete submenu. *Actual result* The cell is not deleted but the content(#2)of the cell does delete.I tried to use the delete key and that didn't work either.I tried to delete the cell with no contents and the result is the same, the cell will not delete. *Expected result* The cell should have deleted and the 3rd cell should have moved over to the 2nd cell's position. talked with charlie on this one. This is invalid. Change the pref for table in 'Edit}Prefs|Composer' and remove the checkbox for 'maintaining the layoutwhile deleting cells' and see what happens. The cell actually gets deleted and since there is never a blank in a table in the middle (it always is at the end), that is what is seen.
