Goal: Based on work from 967805, come up with a list of organizations that obviously fit the criteria or would be interested in filling out the criteria themselves. These orgs would be interested in joining the UNESCO YouthMobile event in March.

Input: Criteria from 967805, and list of orgs from Maker Party, MTDS, etc.

Output: List of orgs, and email template asking them to be interested.
