Hey guys, The only workaround I can think of is to remove the word "Calendario" of the string, as it's self-understood - "Sin conexión". Please let me know what you think.
What if we do something different like "En dispositivo"?
Building on Guillermo's idea, how about "Calendario local" or "Calendario interno"?
I like "Calendario local".
(In reply to Guillermo López (:willyaranda) from comment #4) > I like "Calendario local". Don't you think "Calendario local" may be lead users to some misunderstanding?

That's why I also provided "Calendario interno". :-) Guillermo, does that sound too weird to you?

I think it is more natural "local" than "interno". At least for me!
(In reply to Guillermo López (:willyaranda) from comment #7) > I think it is more natural "local" than "interno". At least for me! I know I'm a real pain in the ass, but I'm afraid users may understand "calendario local" as "local festivities and holidays". Why don't you like "Sin conexión", which actually defines the way Firefox OS users may access their calendar - without using an internet connection? :)

I kind of agree with you. > Why don't you like "Sin conexión", which actually defines the way Firefox OS > users may access their calendar - without using an internet connection? :) Because that string is used everywhere to mean inability to access to the Internet, and would look as a misplaced string or a warning message more than as a calendar identifier.
Is this bug still valid? If so, shouldn't we come to a joint decision?

We still have the problem in 1.3, but not in 2.0. If we still want to change it on 1.3 and 1.4, we should take a decision. My bet is: "Sin conexión".

Inma, is this bug still valid?

Hi, This bug should be marked as resolved. Our preferred option was "Calendario interno"*. *https://transvision.mozfr.org/?recherche=offline+calendar&repo=gaia_2_1&sourcelocale=en-US&locale=es&search_type=strings
