When I drag the firefox windows, things are immediately off.

Hoping I am explaining this well:

If I were to drag my firefox window 200px to the left, and then start typing in the awesome bar, the dropdown appears 200px to the right, in the old location.

In addition to that, any hover state in any website will also respond as if I hovered 200px to the side.

I included a screenshot to illustrate what happened.

I was hoping this would be resolved with the firefox 27 upgrade, but when I received the upgrade today I decided this would be a good time to report this bug.

I tested this in 'safe mode', so it can't be one of my add-ons.
