Details
STR:
- Open the Clock application
- Add an alarm for 2 minutes from now.
- (disable sounds & vribation, for convenience)
- Wait 20 minutes or more
Seen:
- The status bar clock is frozen in time at ringing-time + 15min
Expected:
- The status bar clock should always be updated as long as the screen is on.

I was able to reproduce this on 1.2.

Appears to be a System issue dealing with attention screens; duping to a new bug 971261, with STR focused on how this is triggered by the system.
