Carriers have asked to see only feedback that is specific to them. Ergo, we need to capture the carrier in the Firefox OS feedback form.

This tracker bug covers the work required for that.

I'm not sure how the UI/UX will work, yet. In order to figure that out, I'll need to know the initial list of carriers.

After getting the initial list of carriers and the countries they apply to, I think the work involved is something like this:

1. Figure out the UX/UI for how this will work.

2. Figure out how to store the results in the db.

3. Implement and test.


For item 1, there are a few options:

* We could show all the carriers on a single page like we do countries. That's probably a lousy idea.

* Matt suggested tying the carrier question to the country question. I think that might work like this: when the user selects a country, we show as options only the carriers for that country and Other. If the user selects a country that has no carriers, we could automatically choose Other and skip the screen. There are definitely edge cases there where the user gets pushed into selecting Other that might have selected a carrier. We could measure how many Other selections we're getting and adjust the UX/UI accordingly.

* I could talk to Rehan and then maybe Bram and see if they have other ideas.

I'm not sure where this is priority-wise, but it doesn't appear to be a 2014q2 goal.
