I think it would be a good idea to enable the jetpack test suite to be used with old school add-ons.  The first reason is just that there is no good test suite for testing old-school add-ons at the moment, mozmill is the best option, so I'm sure that community would appreciate being able to use the awesome jetpack test suite, and this would give those people a taste of what writing Jetpack add-ons would be like.

This would also be a big step towards making it possible to land any add-on as a feature as I describe here http://work.erikvold.com/jetpack/2014/02/04/the-addon-feature.html

This already possible, by creating a loader, and running sdk/test/runner, it takes alittle work though, but once one person does that work everyone will benefits from the example.  Besides we have bug 852538 which would allow one to write a jetpack to test another add-on as well, so I think we should wontfix this.
