From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC; en-US; rv:0.9.3+) Gecko/20010821
Netscape6/6.1b1
BuildID: 2001082104

When you cut or copy some text then paste to another part of the document and if
you do it multiple times, then undo the paste and the screen leaves a white area
when it try's to refresh if you move the scroll bar up or down to a different
part of the document the area will refresh. it is usally the text that is towads
the top of the window the screen is trying to refresh but it can not do it right.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open a document with a good amount of text.
2.Highlite the first paragraph.
3.Go to edit and choose cut.
4.Go to the end of the document.
5.Paste the cut text twice to the end of the document.
6.go to edit and choose undo and look at the white area where text should be.

Actual Results: The text that was not touched disappears.

Expected Results: After choosing undo the text should refresh right away and
not need help by scrolling up or down.
Reporter, using Mac/2001082408, this works for me. Can you retest using that build and
provide more exact steps to reproduce? It would probably be best to supply the exact file
you use to do so, as well.
Ok I tested this again on my machine and was able to recreate again what you
need to do is.
1. open a new document with alot of text like 4 or 5 paragrphs
2. highlite the first paragraph
3. go to edit and choose cut.
4. click at the end of the document.
5. go to edit and choose paste.
6. go to edit and choose paste again (so you paste the cut portion twice)
7. ?hen go up to edit again and click on undo and you should see a blank spot
where text should be in the rest of the document but it is having trouble
rewriting the text. Try it a couple of time to see but it should work it
recreates every time on my machine. If you need anything else let me know. thanks
I think this is a dup
