Description:
The string "Unplug USB cable to disable" is truncated under "Media Storage".

Repro Steps:
1)  Updated Buri to Build ID: 20140203181708
2)  Set the phone's language to "Cestina".
3)  Tap on the "Settings" app.
4)  Tap on "Media Storage". 
5)  Ensure "Share using USB" is turned on.
6)  Enable "USB storage" while the phone is plugged into a computer.
7)  Disable "USB storage" and observe the message below "USB storage".

Actual:
The string "Unplug USB cable to disable" is truncated in Media Storage.

Expected:
The string appears correctly without truncation.
