Description:
The "Select a Network" header is truncated in the FTE.

Repro Steps:
1)  Updated Buri to Build ID: 20140203181708
2)  Select the "Bengali" language and go through the FTE process.
3)  Look at the header when prompted to select a WiFi connection.

Actual:
"Select a Network" is truncated in the Bengali language.

Expected:
"Select a Network" is not truncated.

Couldn't find the specific translation (source or target). However writing the short form of the translation here, just in case. "বেতার নির্বাচন" - this will not turncate
