Attached image Menu Panel Scrollbar
STR:

1) Create new profile
2) Open Menu Panel, you shouldn't see a scrollbar
3) Customize the Menu Panel and drag a two-line label item to the second or fourth row
4) Restart Firefox
5) Open the Menu Panel, you should see a scrollbar
6) Open the Menu Panel again, you shouldn't see a scrollbar

STR works most of the time for me, but not always.
I really don't think this is a P1.

Can you still reproduce on current fx-team now that bug 897496 has landed?

Can't reproduce on the latest m-c. I will keep an eye on it though.

I can't reproduce it either. I'm closing this as it was probably fixed by bug 897496. Please reopen if you can reproduce it again.
