968885 - Reduce repository size

Right now the size of the repo is bloated by a few things.

1) Sequencer submodule that is broken and is not maintained in any form.
2) Video's kept in test folder could be reduced.

Reducing video's may not wind up being worth it but the submodule removal is an easy first start.

The other gotcha with the test videos is that if we remove them to shrink the repository size, we'll change all the hashes for every single commit, which essentially makes the history we have littered all over the internet useless. I'd be very hesitant to do that step.

Interesting what you did to the videos. Can you do it to trailer.ogv too?
