96900 - Right (ctrl) click on flash plugin pops two context menus

When control clicking (aka right clicking) on an embedded flash moviie, two
context menus pop up: one for the flash controls and the usual Mozilla one. 
(note I've tested this only with the flash 5 plugin)

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to a page with an embedded flash movie
2. control click and hold on the movie 
3.  release mouse button
 
Actual Results:  on mouse down,  shows flash control menu, e.g. play, zoom in, etc
on mouse up mozilla context menu appears, e.g. Back, View page source, etc.

Expected Results:  Only flash context menu should appear and mozilla context
menu should not pop up OR (much more difficult...) menu options should merge
into a single popup  menu
