Once the page added in bug 969016 is created, add in a link to the page in the top of the navigation. This is on page 4 of the mock at: http://people.mozilla.org/~bpitoyo/marketplace/payment-account.pdf

These were part of the developer choice changes. Then Boku happened and we did the quickest thing possible to make Boku work. Then a whole devhub redesign was suggested. So some of this got done, and some will be done in the future.
