User Story:

As a UX designer, I want to know if users are successful at validating their email as part of creating an account

Acceptance criteria:

1. UX designers have access to a dashboard that shows them the account creation flow over time, with email validation as one of the events in the flow
2. UX designers have access to a dashboard that shows them the FxOS FTE/FTU flow over time, with email validation as the last event in the flow

IIUC we have some of this already, and the rest has been perpetually blocked on additional metrics from the accounts server.  I don't see value in keeping it open longer.
