Normally, cmd-Q is the shortcut to exit the software. But from firefox 26, cmd-Q does nothing. Menu indicates that the new shortcut to exit the program is cmd-S but this shortcut triggers the "save as" dialog, as it has being doing since i remember. Also, the cmd-S shortcut is duplicated on "firefox" and "file" menus.

Hello there! Thank you for the report. I think it is now solved in Pootle (Aurora,30). Please keep in touch as we need a few days to have it on the next update of Aurora. Then, we will be able to review it and, if needed, replicate the fix to Firefox Beta. http://mozilla.locamotion.org/es_MX/firefox/export-view/?search=This+keyboard+shortcut+is+used+by+both+Linux+and+OSX+builds.&sfields=notes&soptions=exact

Changes commited to Aurora (30): http://hg.mozilla.org/releases/l10n/mozilla-aurora/es-MX/rev/2c6971ce2736#l6.184 @Chimekin, Please wait one or two days until Aurora is updated and review: http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/aurora/all/ If these changes do the trick, I'll replicate them on Firefox Beta (29) so problem be solved on next Firefox Release (29).
